Towing is done Monday – Friday between 7:00am and 4:30pm. We are not able to set a specific time. You do not need to be home to have your vehicle towed. Just place the keys and title in the vehicle and make sure the vehicle is accessible. Someone will contact you within 1 business day to set up the tow date. Once the vehicle is towed payment will be mailed to you generally within 1 week.
